Chemistry Chapter 3: Reactions and Stoichiometry page 58 Theorhetical yield

Chemistry Chapter 3: Reactions and Stoichiometry page 58 Theoretical yield there is an equation dealing with percent yield as an example.

2H20 -> 2H2 + O2

In the Theoretical yield shown it has the mole ration as: 1mol H2/2 mol of H20
and according to the theoretical yield it ends up 78.4%

but I expected the mole ration to be 2mol H2/ 2 mol H20.

So my question is when doing Theo Yields are mole ratios different than other stoichiometry questions? or is the books example done incorrectly?
