How are mRNA read during translation

Are the mRNA transcripts read 5-->3 prime while being translated on the ribosome ?

Yes, that's correct. During transcription, RNA pol reads in the 3' to 5' direction and synthesizes in the 5' to 3' direction. Then codons are read during translation in the 5' to 3' direction.

YUP!!!
How I remember it, during translation, it reads 5' --> 3' and translates N' terminal --> C' terminal
