Can't access bought exams

Already had an account then bought the 6 exams (150$) when not login to account, so tried to make a new account to access the exams and for every email it says activation key already has an account" The exams are not on my old account and it will not let me make a new account What do I do? I used 7 different emails that is impossible to have been already linked with next step

To get help on customer service matters like this, give us a call at 888-530-639, or after logging in at, go to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and look for the "Need Help" button. Click that and then click "ask us anything" and explain your concern. That way, we'll know your name, email address, and account name and can help you from there.
