Why is the answer 0 I thought dissociation has to do with enthalpy

Q4 when I think of SNS I think of vasodilation but the passage states "[vessels] can dilate or further constrict to alter blood flow" but I'm not sure why the answer is "moderates blood flow"

Q7 How do you narrow down B and C (A and D eliminated because Gpcr43–/– mice gain weight)

How do we know which enzyme is breaking the 1,6 linkages or the 1,4 linkages? And how does this relate to the current produced? I don't understand the reasoning behind no current being produced when only the 1,6 linkages are broken.

Can you clarify when different pH equations are used: pH=-log[H+], Ka = [H+][A-]/[HA], pKa = pH + [H+][A-]/[HA]. I used pH=-log[H+] thinking the H+ concentration is the same as ASA.
